5 Healthy Food That Can Be Dangerous For You

Sometimes healthy food turns out to be not so
healthy. Some of the foods claimed to be
“healthy” can do a serious damage to your
system.
1 Fruit juices
Most of the fruit juices you can find in a
supermarket can do you no good. They usually
contain water, sugar and some artificial flavor.
Even when you are drinking a real fruit juice, all
you will get from it will be some vitamins and
huge overdose of sugar. Do you know that a
glass of fruit juice contains the same amount of
sugar as a glass of coke. So it is much better to
eat fruits instead.
2 Sport drinks
Sport drinks were made for the athletes, who
have intense trainings with massive sweating
and glycogen depletion. That’s why such drinks
contain electrolytes, water and sugar. If you are
not training rigorously, you should avoid them.
And as for sugar – the vast majority of people
already consume it more than needed. So better
drink more plain bottled water.

3 Low fat or fat-free foods
The bad thing about fat-free products is that
they contain too much sweeteners and
unhealthy ingredients. With all these chemistry,
even a harmless yoghurt can turn into unhealthy
stuff. So you should better plan your meal more
healthily and avoid these fat-free products.
4 ‘Healthy’ breakfast cereal
Highly processed breakfast cereals are one of
the unhealthiest foods you can imagine. Check
their ingredients and you will see a lot of sugar
and some synthetic vitamins and refined
carbohydrates. So you should better start your
day with some other foods.

5 Fake butter and margarine
Remember: there is no such a thing as a healthy
margarine. In fact butter is more healthy than
margarine. Margarine can have less fat but it
also has some dangerous ingredients like
processed vegetable oil which can increase a
risk of heart diseases. Margarine is a processed
food with harmful ingredients that can make you
sick.
Make sure you read the list of ingredients more
carefully. And if a product claims to be healthier,
than you should read ingredients even more
carefully.
