Gunman in school

Fryberg, shot his teenage friends and cousins,
killing one and critically injuring 4 others in what
now seems like a crime motivated by passion.
Sadly, he shot and killed himself leaving many
unanswered questions.
A teenage student of the Marysville Pilchuck High
School, Seattle, United States, Jaylen Ray Fryberg,
on Friday committed suicide after shooting six
students in the school cafeteria.
Quoting law enforcement sources, NBC reports
that Fryberg used a .40-caliber Beretta handgun to
shoot the students around 10:30 a.m. on Friday
and then killed himself.
Following the shooting, other students fled to
safety, some of them hiding in classrooms.
Shooting Family
2 of Fryberg's victims were his friends and
cousins, both of whom are in critical condition.
One of them, 14-year-old Nate Hatch, was shot in
the jaw while the other, 15-year-old Andrew
Fryberg has undergone "extensive" surgery for his
injury..
Two other victims, Gia Soriano and Shaylee
Chuckulnaskit, both 14-year-old, were shot it the
head and are also in critical condition.
The Seattle Times reported that a fifth victim died
in the hospital.
Mr Nice Guy Turns Bad
Student Pulse gathered that Fryberg was on the
school's wrestling and football teams, a "popular
and outgoing" student.
"He seemed like a nice guy, and he had lots of
friends," Erick Cervantes a student, told NBC
News.
A motive has not yet been determined for
Fryberg's action but pointers on his social media
account show he was dealing with some issues
» which could involve his victims. »
He posted several tweets in the weeks leading to
his death, causing many to speculate that Fryberg
was dealing with emotional issues.
He Loves Guns
Reports quoting police sources say the gun
Fryberg used in the shooting was legally acquired,
but it was unclear if he owned it.
There are however reports that he was recently
given a gun for his birthday.
Meanwhile the police are trying to unravel how a
'nice guy' became a killer overnight while his the
affected families seek answers, praying that the
victims recover quickly.
